Eucharistic Ministry:  Eucharistic ministers assist in the distribution of Communion at our Liturgies and are mandated through the Archdiocese of Chicago by the Pastor.  Contact Mr. John North - 847-956-0116.
 
Lectors/Commentators:  Lectors are parishioners who are dedicated to proclaiming the Good News of the Scripture at our Liturgies.  All Lectors are asked to attend workshops for spiritual growth.  Contact Deacon Ted Czarnecki - 847-437-0403.
 
Music Ministry:  This ministry enhances and assists in expressing our gift of faith during the Liturgy.  Regular weekly practice times are set to prepare for the Liturgies.  Contact Mr. Ron Hart - 847-364-0164

Pastoral
 
Anointing of the Sick:  Parish celebration of the Anointing of the Sick will be announced.  Contact the Pastor through the Parish Ministry Center - 847-437-0403.
 
Bereavement:  this Ministry witnesses Christ's love for his flock by sharing with fellow parishioners the loss of a loved one by their presence and help in planning a funeral liturgy.  Contact Mrs. Mary Berry - 847-437-2166 or Eva Haich - 847-956-0244 for assistance.
 
Bridges of Hope:  A self help program for divorced or separated Catholics.  This Ministry meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the Parish Ministry Center.  Contact Rosemary Beaty - 847-439-6443 or Deacon Ted Czarnecki - 847-437-0403.
 
Catholics Returning Home:  Evangelization within the Catholic Church is normally associated with missionary activity.  However, a real need for evangelization exists for those in our own community who have left the Church.  While all of us are called to share our faith, many of us know non-practicing Catholics in our circle of family and friends and are wondering if they'd be interested in coming back but don't know how to do so.  Any questions, call Mr. Rich Kaiser - 847-439-1898 or email him at rb937kaiser@cs.com

Health Ministry Committee:  The focus of this committee is to promote the importance of health and wellness to the parish community.  Contact Mrs. Diane Tieman - 847-437-3905.
 
Interfaith Pastoral Counseling: Services include individual, group, and family counseling for children, adolescents, and adults in the Parish and Community.  Private insurance may be used to cover counseling costs.  hours are by appointment.  Please call 847-981-3514 to speak with a counselor.

Ministry of Care:  The Ministers of Care bring the Sacrament of the Eucharist to parishioners who are sick or homebound.  Contact the Parish Ministry Center - 847-437-0403.

OutreachHelping Hands - This program is an outreach to the needy of the Parish.  Food, clothing, and necessities are provided to the needy through donations.  Donations of food and clothing may be left in the west vestibule of the church on the third Sunday of each month.  PADS - This Ministry is linked to other faith communities in Elk Grove Village.  The primary function of this group is to help staff a homeless shelter in the village.  For both of these Outreach programs contact the Parish Ministry Center - 847-437-0403.
 
Parish Nurse Program:  A partnership between Queen of the Rosary Church and the Alexian Brothers Health Network.  The Parish Nurse is the link that helps our Parish through presence and volunteer placement.  Contact Mrs. Diane Tieman - 847-437-3905.
 
Prayer Shawl:  The Prayer Shawl Ministry provides a way to literally wrap people in prayer.  Prayer shawls are knitted or crocheted by members of the parish and then given to those members of the church or community that are in need of our prayers.  Contact Mrs. Diane Tieman - 847-437-3905.
 
Rainbows for all God's Children:  Assists children in coping with personal losses.  Contact Ms. Claudia Molick, Principal - 847-437-3322.
 
Reflections (Women's Spirituality):  A women's spirituality group that meets the second and fourth Monday of every month for discussion and reflection on how God is present in the daily activities and concerns of women.  Contact Mrs. Diane Tieman - 847-437-3905.
 
Rosary DevotionA special way to pray, for all men, women, and children.  consists of the Scriptural Rosary, which allows you to meditate on the lives of Jesus and Mary in the 20 Rosary mysteries; five each of Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious, and Luminous, which we rotate each Monday evening at 7:30 PM in the church.  We also pray the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary and sing "Mary" hymns.  Free "How to Pray the Rosary" pamphlets and "15 Promises of Mary" bookmarks are in the church main entrance.  Please join us.
