Hot Lunch Information

Welcome to Queen of the Rosary Hot Lunch program.
Lunches will be ordered regularly on a bi-monthly basis.

All order forms must be returned to the school by the due date printed on each form.

**It is very important to remember to return your order to the school by the due date.**

Forms MUST be filled out by a parent.

Please make sure your order is CLEARLY WRITTEN on the form so the
correct items can be ordered.  If you need to change something on the form,
please make sure that the change is legible.

As always, there will be no refunds, but you are welcome to come to school during lunch
(11:00 - 11:40 am) to pick up any absentee lunches. If ordering for more than one child,
please remember to use a separate order form for each child, but you may send in one check
for the total of all orders.  Please make sure to put your child's room number on their
order form. Make all checks payable to Queen of the Rosary and place in and envelope
marked "Hot Lunch Order Form".
